Decent quality, slow delivery

For newborns, definitely go with polyester. It's softer, doesn't glare, and you can usually toss it in the wash if baby makes a mess.

Vinyl is good for floor drops or if you need something super durable and easy to wipe down. But yeah, polyester is way better for baby shoots, much nicer on the skin and less reflections.

What's the deal with their custom backdrops? Can you really just send them any image and they print it?

Yep, you can upload your own image. Just make sure it's high resolution or it'll look blurry when printed large.

Most of the fabric ones are. I always cold wash mine on gentle cycle and hang dry, never had a problem.

My polyester ones are fine in the machine. Just avoid hot water and the dryer if you want them to last and not get wrinkles.

How do these compare to Kate Backdrop? Been using Kate for a while but Avezano has some designs I like.

I've used both. Avezano's polyester is pretty comparable to Kate's, maybe a tiny bit thinner but still good quality. Prices are usually a bit better too.

Kate has some nicer textures sometimes, but Avezano has way more variety in designs, especially for themed stuff. Quality-wise, they're both solid.
